The team in Londonderry is so amazing! Everyone is very friendly and courteous, all the while ensuring you are safe and that your needs are addressed effectively and efficiently! I prefer the Londonderry location because it is not as hectic at the other location! I recommend them every chance I get!

I never got to see the doctor because the receptionist was so rude to me, because I was a few minutes late, that I walked out. As I was leaving a couple going in asked me if I was ok. I told them what happened and they said, “Oh, she’s always like that”, as if that’s acceptable. (Londonderry location) This happen a while back. I airing my complaint so I can altogether shake it off.
