I used EYES, P.A. for years until having to leave for another practice because of some physical (old head trauma and thyroid gland issues) required a different course of action. However, I had nothing but exceptional, professional and courteous treatment from the eye doctors and staff at EYES. At least twice, I had retinal tears. On both occasions the doctors immediately arranged for me to be seen elsewhere (same day!) for corrective laser surgeries. I must mention that on the first occasion at the treatment center, the the tech who examined my eyes before the laser surgery reviewed the data I had from EYES and remarked that "They didn't miss a thing. They are always thorough." Over the years, I purchased contact lenses and later (after cataract surgery) eyeglasses from EYES. Staff worked with me to help me get the best "bang for the buck" on the glasses and the contact lens pricing was highly competitive. I heartily recommend EYES as a great place for exams and prescription lenses and glasses.

Some of these reviews are really bad and I almost didn't go here because of them. I have to say they were pretty great. I have never been to an eye doctor before and was a little nervous based on what other people said about this place. They were very professional and helpful. They called me immediately when my glasses came in. Overall it was a great experience.

Dr. Wich is the best and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend making Eyes P.A. your destination for all things eye related. They will take great care of you.

This is the most unprofessional, trashy and abusive eye doctors office I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I've been hung up on twice, I've been lied to and I've had my contacts held hostage after paying $80 for them. I have a -3.00 & -3.50 prescription that had supposedly "been on back order" and I would be CALLED as soon as they came in. I never received a call, a text, an email. So when I called today they finally admitted they were in but they "close in 5 minutes." When I asked why I wasn't called as soon as my contacts were in, I was met with an abusive tone, told that she sent an "email" (I did not receive an email) at this point I have been driving around at night pretty much blind. If I had gotten ANY form of notification that my contacts were in, common sense can tell you I would have IMMEDIATELY picked them up. I spoke with "Stacy" who hung up on me when I simply asked why I wasn't called and "Robin" hung up on me when I called back and asked for a supervisor. I implore anyone looking for an eye doctor to NOT use this office. They have treated me like dirt since the first day I stepped foot in that office and they violated my HIPAA rights by announcing to the ENTIRE lobby that I was on Mainecare, in all I can think of, as an attempt to embarrass me. This is by far the most disgusting display of inappropriate and childish behavior I have ever seen.
