I cannot say enough about the wonderful care and support Hannah Duston provides! Our Dad was in and out of hospitals and rehabs for years and Hannah Duston was the first facility to diagnose him with dementia, which led to us getting him the support he needed. So when our Mom fell and broke her hip and was being transferred to skilled nursing, we immediately requested Hannah Duston. Our Mom is 80 years old with dozens of "co-morbidities," so when she broke her hip we immediately started preparing for her to move to a nursing home. But with a 360 approach to her well-being including physical therapy, occupational therapy and nursing (along with her own stubborn determination!), she is going home, stronger than she has been in years and much better educated about her own self care. Michaela, Maryanne, Angela and the entire team of professionals listened to the family's concerns and not only treated the injury but addressed the underlying issues that led to the fall in the first place. Of course Mom will need a lot of help and support at home, but for the first time in years, we are breathing a little easier, knowing she is armed with the tools she need to stay safely at home for as long as she is willing to put in the work. Thank you to the entire team at Hannah Duston!

Hannah Duston staff are always generous with their time and enthusiasm for the residents. They truly treat them like family. There are so many activities- you can often hear live music from the lobby and see the residents dancing in their seats. Hannah has a TCU For the short term patients that are focused on rehabilitation and getting back home. They receive quality rehab throughout the day with exceptional nursing care.

Hannah Duston staff gave my father in law COVID. He died today in hospice. He had no incoming services nor did he ever leave for outgoing services. He did not have a roommate. They sent him to the hospital last week without his bottom teeth or eye glasses. They did not properly utilize personal protective equipment and he died as a result of that. They told us they were not taking new patients, they never told us they resumed doing so. They did not tell us they were understaffed. We arranged for him to have a private phone so we could talk to him and only he would be touching the phone. They lost it and then weeks later they found it and said they thought it was for another patient. We are very upset and they do not deserve to be trusted with your loved one.
