I brought my car into the Woonsocket RI Location earlier today with an ongoing issue with a back tire I have been putting off on getting looked into. Steve was one of the staff members who helped me with the issue. It turned out that there was a nail in the tire I had been putting off on fixing and the reasonable charge of $12.00 and change was well worth it! I had also been putting off putting two new tires on the front, "which the car needed," and Steve also helped me out with that issue as well. The first price he quoted was a bit on the higher side and more than I wanted to pay, but he took the extra steps to find a better deal and price for the two front tires I needed, like a truly great sales person would do! And with the deal Steve gave me, I saved over $200.00 and change in what it would have cost me without the deal he gave me.I obviously can't speak for everybody, but from my personal experience, I highly recommend this location for all of your tire and alignment needs! GREAT JOB guys and thanks Steve!

I came to bring the hubby's truck to get new tires today and I was nervous being a woman going. I went in and instantly received better than the best service I've ever had. Not only were they professional at the job required they all went above and beyond. They gave me advice on how to fix other issues and what direction to take. I delt with Steve and a few other staff members they were the most friendly and helpful team i have ever met. Being a women this can sometimes be an overwhelming thing, if so ...... I personally recommend Town Fair Tires on Diamond Hill in Woonsocket to all WOMEN AND MEN.... Thank You Guys!!!!!!

So I bought my son 4 new tires from Amazon. Called and asked how much to mount balance and do a front end alignment. Was told they won’t touch them because I didn’t buy them from townfair ? And that’s why I stopped buying tires from you years ago! Brand new ! I’ll go somewhere else probably cost me less anyway!

This is the most disgusting TFT I’ve been to. The trash was not only overflowing in the waiting room, but in the bathroom, and another trash can located in one of the aisles. This resulted in flies and trash on the floors. The restroom was not only atrocious but unsanitary. I had to move a ladder and tires in the aisle just to use the restroom. I was told it was a two hour wait even though I had an appointment and only needed one tire changed. At the two hour mark, my vehicle still had not been pulled into the shop. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend anyone to receive services at the Woonsocket location. Go to Warwick instead.
