I was interested in a product. Called every department of the store and the phone just rings. I wanted to know if it was in stock before making the trip. I arrive to the store the item was not in stock. So of course I made the trip for no reason. I asked the gentleman in the electronic section if they update their online system. It showed the item in stock and there were 2 left. I asked since no one picked up the phone. They responded saying that the system doesn’t update everyday. So I then asked well are there any employees on the floor that pick up the phone because I have made several phone calls. The gentleman said there is only one phone in the entire store. How is that possible in an establishment that big? You have multiple departments. That is ridiculous. Terrible TARGET location for any type of customer service. I would not recommend wasting your time with this target. No items in stock and no customer service support.

Alot of parking available. Lot of items to choose from. Several cashiers to assist you with checking out. Little coffee place at the front of the store. Several employees assisting customers. Clean place, open aisles and full shelves. Prices can be a bit pricey but good quality isn't cheap.

Target is one stop shopping - home, fridge and more. It would be nice to offer discounts without having to search the app first. If purchases are linked to debit/credit cards or cell phone, provide the discount. Keep purchasing simple
