Nicks is a top notch pizza place that has been in the Bronx since the 50s. It is the best, authentic New York style pizza, served by a friendly staff who seem to know everyone in the neighborhood. The owner, Nick, is from Naples, Italy and his nephew runs the counter. My son and I stayed in the area on a visit from Indiana to see the Yankees play. Nicks was our favorite spot and we took a large cheese on the 13 hour drive back home to share with the rest of our family. Well worth multiple visits.

I stopped coming to this pizza place years ago but today decided to give it another try since I was in the neighborhood, It was an absolutely horrible experience, the guy taking the orders for some reason assumed that I didn’t to have enough money for a veggie pizza and gave me an attitude. Even though the pizza “LOOKED Delicious” it was extremely disgusting, the veggies was cold, like out the fridge cold and had a nasty taste. The pizza was uneatable it when from the box to the trash!!!! 0 stars!!!

I go out of my way for this pizza. Here is a pic. Aw shoot ! I noticed i forgot the crushed pepper. Try it! Speak of it and you will be surprised how many people you will meet who also jnow of it.

Some of the best pizza in the Bronx. The slices are huge and very filling. Next time going to try the Sicilian slice as they looked good too. Just make sure you bring cash but if you don't they do have an ATM it is a little pricey but you get what you pay for.
