Bought a couch for my daughter's new second floor apartment in Maine. Come find out the couch would not fit through the door. Returned the couch with a full refund...not a problem sales staff and manager were so helpful. We always shop Ippolito's

We have bought many well made products from this shop. All sales personnel were wonderful and friendly. People complaining on here about them either we’re impatient or can’t read product material. One of our DR chairs separated and we called and the replaced the chair. It wasn’t old and over used, and we had no issues. We just bought an amazing couch and bedroom set! Our sales rep Stacey was super fantastic! She was new- but she went above and beyond her service that day. They can’t take back mattresses once they leave show room. If you want help- speak up! Oh, and if ur not to cheap- but the insurance they offer could save you and then a headache! If you don’t stand up and say so. And leather couches don’t cost 3000$ try again! My last couch set that lasted over 10 years was OVER 10,000! Great local shop! SHOP LOCAL AND SHOP USA MADE or go elsewhere for JUNK!!
