I walked in waited on line for five min, ordered coffee and finally got it and sat down and the manager came and said they are closing in two min. They could have informed all the customer who were waiting on line before they ordered. We were kicked out on hot sunny sunday at 5pm Manager did not apologize either

The staff was very friendly. I was able to get my bacon egg and cheese and vanilla ice Coffee. It was nice.

Is it a policy that after 5pm they should play loud trap/ rap music? This is the only Starbucks that does this, ruins the face of the brand. People come here to relax, drink coffee, work perhaps. Not have their head blasted by loud rap. I think the manager should be reviewed for allowing this. Also some of the employees have attitudes. Again no other Starbucks is like this but this branch. Hope people at corporate pay attention to these comments.

From what I have observed from the parking lot as I approach the store, people will argue with the staff and try to enter and will even though the store says that all that enter must wear a mask (a location and company decision). Having lived here for 20+ years, I am sure they have to close early/temporarily because of people like this and probably have to clean the store. But this is just from what I have observed. If it's for any other reason, I will be shocked.
