The staff I've dealt with is always really sweet but the drinks/food is pretty subpar. Purchased the avocado toast and the bread wasn't even toasted! It also had no everything seasoning on top so essentially was just avocado spread on bread.

The rudest service I've maybe ever seen. They got a guy working behind the counter that says "idk I don't work here" and another guy messed up & gave me a wrong order, which I wasn't even upset, I just didn't want it of course! Before you know it he's raising his voice at me, talking about "I told you"...... can you just refund my $3.79 for ice cream instead? Then outta spite served other customers instead of selling me ice cream. F this place!! I went to Carvel..

One of the worst customer service experience at Dunkin….The staff is very rude & unprofessional wont greet you or even properly talk to you… I Don’t expect that from dunkin…. I would request owners to please look into this…. Not sure why the staff act like this either not happy with his life working here or something else… I came to get ice cream late night with my wife ask for small tasting told me he don’t have spoon so i cant get tasting… lol Then i simply ask for the ice cream which i usually get & he gave me spoon with it… lol Its not the first time that they acted like this… it has happened multiple in past also & with night staff… but i couldn’t resist to leave this review this time…

very nice place. the stuffs are good. specially, Atiq is the best. must visit place for the coffee lovers. cheers
