It has changed owners. We had mani-pedis on Sunday. All of my toenail polish came off a week later. On vacation. My friends dripped fingernail polish came off too.

I've been coming here for the last six months and have had mostly excellent experiences. The technicians are professional and kind and my nails always look great. However, my last visit, two of my cuticles bled. I know my hands are really dry and the skin is probably fragile around that area, so I understand that. But when the technician applied the liquid solution to seal the wound, she touched the eye dropper directly to the blood then stuck it back in the bottle of product. This seemed very unsanitary to me. On top of that, I felt like a discount should have been offered for the two bleeding cuticles, but none was given, although the technician was very apologetic. To be fair, the time prior I also bled since I forgot to warn the technician I was having issues with a particular nail bed, and was given a discount then. I really want to continue coming back, but maybe I'll wait until summer when my cuticles aren't as dry and prone to bleeding.

Really had a wonderful experience. The owner is an amazing person. She made us feel so welcomed. I took my daughter and a dear friend for their birthdays. I can honestly say that the ladies who worked on our nails were attentive and engaging. I'm naturally shy but we had such wonderful conversations. I haven't been to a nail salon that made me feel so at home like Zen Nail Spa made me feel. This is definitely our favorite nail place and we will absolutely keep coming back. The prices are just right, the quality is top notch, and the experience is amazing.
