I made a reservation 7/6 and when I got there today 7/14 apparently someone sold it and there wasn’t anymore of that size available but before losing hope Jonathan offer me a size bigger for the same price throughout the whole rental process he was excellent

Overpriced and over secure. Just like cable companies the longer you stay with them, the more they charge you. You need to enter a code in like 4 different places just to get to your locker. They use to allow disposal of unwanted items but no longer do that and will charge you for leaving anything.
