A great boxing gym in Queens! Very legit boxing club where everyone is humble. Great workout for any age or type of person, but they also support aspiring athletes that wish to really fight and compete in the sport of boxing. No water cooler. You can purchase 16 oz water bottles. You can also bring your own water.
It's not free, but worth the money. The coach helps you become a boxer and not just a person who can throw a punch.
Never too late. Come through.
Respectful and humble atmosphere. Great coaching and freedom to work on your boxing or just let off some steam. Local champs have come out of this club. Talk to Coach Al. Better to call to schedule an appointment to speak to him face to face. This place is worth the investment
