Staff was very kind, however the butcher’s cut of steak I ordered was very thin and burned. This is after messing up my order the first time. I hadn’t been since it was still called Vivo, and thus wrongfully expected the same quality of dining.

Had the funghi pizza — hands down the best I’ve ever had. Creamy, garlicky, delicious. Do it.

Enjoyed some tasty oysters and an amazing charcuterie board during the daily 3-5 happy hour. Steve and Aaron provided great bar service serving up 2 different types of sangria, both were great. Looking forward to trying the rest of the happy hour menu soon!

In one word - Fantastic. We had a change of plans and ended up coming here and couldn't have asked for a better place. The food, ambience and hospitality, all together make a visit to Ancora an experience worth remembering. We were pleasantly surprised by the care with which each dish was prepared. The staff went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend visiting Ancora for special occasions, date nights, or dinner with friends. 10/10
