Great place to camp, large sites. Only wish they had a little beach for getting into the water. The only access to swimming was at the boat launch.

Really nice place to go out camping. The staff is very friendly, the campground is calm and well kept and the view by the lake is wonderful. Would recommend

The facilities were great the scenery was peaceful and calm and the campers were respectful and courteous. The check-in staff was friendly and helpful and the office store had pretty much all the bare necessities needed to enjoy a wonderful weekend in the woods and then some. The ATV trails are right on the main road and are easily accessible from the campground. Would definitely come back again next time with more friends and family to enjoy all of the great things to do around the area.

Yes on all questions. No chain saws. There is a boat launch at the park right there.
There's a lot of space for swimming. No Sandy Beach, but plenty of areas that people go for a dip! There are also some great places along the river that you can go swimming, but you've got to be very careful since you don't wanna go swimming too deep in the river area due to the speed of the river. The water here is beautiful for swimming in Lake Francis though!
