This store strives to provide genuine customer service. (And they do so successfully!) They are friendly, thoughtful, and very helpful. They really want you to have a good experience with their shop, and you can tell from the moment you enter the store. I bought a record player from here yesterday and, after setting it up, this morning I called them to say that it wasn’t working properly. I was nervous to tell them because I don’t know too much about this equipment and I was getting frustrated and anxious, trying to find the right words to explain what was happening. After I told them, they kindly walked me through what was happening and how I can fix it. And the cherry on top… the prices and selection at the store are unbeatable!

Went in for the first time and fell in love with the place! Jonathan and all staff are super froendly. They have a wide selection of records, tape cassettes, VHS, stereo equipment, and nuch more. Being into a lot of different genres, I appreciate a store that has a wide selection of quality music in many genres. Keep up the excellent work and positive vibes. I can"t wait for my next visit.

The staff at Village Vinyl is AWESOME. They always help me find what I need and they even helped me figure out how to best ship a record I was sending as a gift! I started coming here about a year ago and they have made a lifelong customer out of me for sure. Keep up the GREAT WORK!

Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. I can't say I know a lot about vinyl but everyone I spoke to was willing to answer questions and not condescending like some experts can be. Jonathan put together a great starter stereo system for me and I'm loving the sound. It also looks practically new. They're definitely not selling beat up equipment; everything I saw was refurbished to a high standard compared to most places that just have a few turntables lying around. I'll definitely be back to check out the record selection!

While I wasn't specifically looking for hip hop, I scored some nice funk and soul (Larry Graham, Funkadelic, Gap Band, The Spinners, The Commodores) from the display in the middle of the store. I'm going to guess there was also Hip hop but it might be work calling the shop ahead of time.

Do you work on tube amps or know anybody in the neighborhood?
