Love going to classes at BPF! Took my first pole class over a year ago there and instantly fell in love, and appreciate the comfortable atmosphere where I feel welcome discovering a new art form! Also like the variety of classes for different levels and styles. Always looking forward to my next class.

There's a beginner Contemporary class on Tuesdays at 6 pm. That might be a good place to start. Or I think all the instructors do private lessons too. You could start with a few private lessons before joining one of the open classes. But really, everyone is so nice and friendly and supportive and helpful. You'll be ok going at your own pace in any of the classes.
