Interestingly enough I was here as a pt when miss Stacey came in, I was two people after her. I as well as she saw the 20 people that checked in before us yet they were slow, couldn't tell us a wait time. I think it makes to assume if there's 20 people ahead of you and you walk in, there's going to be a wait. Some of these comments are downright absurd, you are not the only sick person when you walk into an urgent care. Your pcp cannot see you for months, but youre upset you have to wait 4 hours for a strep, would you rather wait 4 months? I had a wonderful experience with the Dr and the whole staff when I came in. Everyone was pleasant and helpful and moved along as fast as they could while giving appropriate care. If you don't want to wait, stay home or go the ER and wait 15 hours, that should be fun for ya. Stacey was rude, impatient and uncompromising to say the least. These people risk their own health to help us and I for one appreciate them. Thank you so much for all you continue to do.

It’s really sick and inhumane to see all these comments about this urgent care . In the mist of a pandemic the increase of patient care in urgent care has sky rocked . Your primary doesn’t wanna see you same day but a walk in urgent care will . Did you wanna wait the 4 hours there or the 4 weeks for your primary care to treat you for a runny nose that anyone who can use google can get over the counter medication for . The next time you go to a MGB Urgent Care look at the staff and ask for a job application so you can help out and move the wait time along . Inconsiderate how entitled people are. Anyways 10/10 superb service and wonderful staff

Wow what a terrible place. I showed up needing an X-ray for an injury at 8:50. There website says open till 9, it does not say when they stop taking patients. Their website says “walk-ins always welcome” and that closing hours may depend on patients. I intentionally looked to see if there was an appointment system, since I figured that could show if they had cut offs, to which there was no system.… well I went to the door that was locked that said “wave to open”. I am waving at an attendant who is staring at me like I have 4 heads. I asked if I could come in and she said “sorry we are closed, we open tomorrow morning”. I looked at my watch and said “the website says your are open till 9” and she started to say it was past 9 and corrected herself “it’s 8:55”, which it was a few minutes before that. I have no problem with a place stopping to take patients before they close, but minimally, POST IT ON YOUR WEBSITE. She did not say that it was due to patients (which is what their website says would impact closing), she said it was due to time. I don’t blame the attendant, this is clearly a decision that is systemic that could be fixed by clear communication on the website. I had to go to the ER instead, which costs more money and more time. To assume I could wait till the next day and not even recommend I seek further assistance at an ER… after I show you my visible injury that clearly requires an X-ray… that is just negligence and a lack of patient care. Please fix so future patients don’t have to deal with the same problems that I did tonight.

My fiancee just tried going to this Urgent Care for severe hip pain and was turned away because they were closing in a half hour. While, it may be understandable to want to go home, it was the insane amount of attitude and rudeness coming from the lady that was particularly frustrating and discouraging. Also, maybe change your hours to actually reflect the amount of time you're open to patients.
