Extremely bad service. It took over half an hour for them to serve my food. I heard the manager say something to the staff about a fire in the kitchen, and how it was burning some of the food and that they had to put it out. Very incompetent. Didn't even get a discount. And what's worse, the burger was very undercooked and a lot of the meat was red. How you gonna set your kitchen on fire and STILL undercook the food? Very bad.

Not enough employees working here, severely understaffed. 1 server and 1 food preparer. Ownership of this location needs to sell. Also, place looks like it’s stuck in the 90’s. Needs to be renovated.

TERRIBLE JUST TERRIBLE. 1 star is 2 stars too much. Ordered food from the location (chili). They never closed the lid. Got it all over my pants and shoes. Went back to the store to show them I was wearing their chili. The manager on duty was useless trying to blame me for not checking the lid before I left. Contacted the manager the next day and she told me to send her the dry cleaning bill which I did. Months later I have not heard back from them and my phone calls are never returned. Not only have I never visited the location ever again, but I have never gone back to any Wendy’s. Congrats on losing me and my family as a customer. All because you couldn’t get back to me. Guess you needed the $15 dry cleaning bill more than I did.

Please manager of Wendy's in this location. Have a new employees. The employees you have it's terrible customer service. To take a order 10 min. To serve Another 15 min. Too many employees . Distracting. And never have a customer experience. It's terrible service guys. Sorry. But you need better employees.
