Don't be tricked! They have lots of military stuff in their store but don't actually offer a military discount. The lady behind the cash register made us wait on her to fill out a paper before she would actually check us out. I'm spending lots of money here and the paper will still be there when I leave. The paper can wait. The only good thing about this place was the guy that helped us pick out the clothes.

I have always bought and used 5.11 gear. I had no idea I had a local store near me! Lucky my wife was with me today, not allowing me to go crazy spending. 😜 The location is great, in Carrollwood, in a plaza, plenty of parking. Store is very clean and organized. Fully stocked of every 5.11 product you can imagine. This allows for you to put your hands on some items to feel them out. They did have a lot on sale and on clearance. Staff very helpful. Over all I'm in trouble I will be back atleat monthly.

We had items on the counter that were easy over $500. we could give no ⭐️ If it was an option. Let me start by saying we have been going to this store since it opened. We went and there is a new manager/ female, a bit over weight and very rude. We went through the sale rack and found some shirts with a red ticket marked down for $20.00. Upon getting to the counter, she the manager was on the phone and multi tasking with another customer checking out and quickly stated that those shirts where two years old and at their warehouse but the scanner is scanning $39.83. We quickly stated that that did not make sense. How can two season old shirts from your warehouse be over marked $20.00. My spouse tried his best to keep me from making a scene, we are all in retail and in the service business. The price marked is what it should be. It did not stop there . Another retail attendant completely understood and saw that the whole rack was marked $20.00. But the girl kept her ground. Then this tiny guy named Sam, claimed she was a female and we were being a bit stern with her. Yet he was a lot less tiny than her and she was the manager which means she could hold her own as manager, of a tactical store; We live in a world where women hold there own but she held on to be protected. nonetheless this needs to be said, we were asked to leave the store thus, in such a cynical tough economic time they chose to loose a great customer over a tickets that where placed, hand placed as per her verbage. The owners and district manager need to be aware of the treatment that is going on; in respect to their stores. After all it is a national brand and should follow every department store policy of matching the price marked! They never know that we are related to state prosecutors, attorneys and officers, that we have told the story to, and are in complete agreement if the price says $20.00 price should be honored, not LIKE SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD BE GLAD TO RIPP OFF or SCRAP OFF THE TICKET THAT READ $20.00 ? (WHO SAYS THAT???) AND WE replied please do so their are over 30 shirts for you to start scrapping off the red ticket. so super ridiculous. Good Luck with Sales in this tough economy.

Glad I stopped in. They had an assortment of gear in this store as well as clothing. Most of the gear was probably out of my sphere of interest, but they have a wide selection of amazing work pants (elastic and no belt necessary) on the one wall. Knowing that these are here, I will definitely be back to get a pair when needed. Store was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will be back again for pants in the future.
