this was the worst experience i have ever had. i sat in the drive thru for 20 min and they had not even taken my payment yet. i had believed that it was short staffed but 30 min later and getting my food i see 3 workers and a manager. my fries and onion rings were cold and so were my burgers but, i was not about to wait another 30 minutes to get my food again. the 4 cars that pulled up behind us all left. i have never seen an establishment run like this and WILL NOT be going back to any burger king in tampa

Yvonne was a gift! I went through the drive thru and she was super respectful and courteous and hands down one oc the nicest drive thru experiences ever. Very sweet. I was hungover and I could still feel the love. 💕 She didn't know that tho. And my burger was legit looking better than the commercial burger and that has NEVER happened! That was my first time at this BK location and I'm definitely going back for Yvonne. That's it! BK better be grateful for their employees. I heard on the radio yall gave a man a ONE movie ticket for never missing a shift after working for yall for 27 years and that is BS. Take care of Yvonne!

I asked for a bacon cheese burger NO Ketchup and they give me a pickle burger with no bacon nor cheese. Best part of all my meat was still raw. Yum.

Got off work and wanted a slush. I seen ads for frozen icee at bk before so I went here. Order and got everything really quickly. Service was awesome. The lady that took my order had a great energy about her that I loved. And when I was leaving I said have a good one and the guy at the second window one-up me said "have a great one" I worked hospitality and restuarant management for +3years and this was great service. I even called the store to let them know. Really made my day
