Dont know if I just came through the drive thru at the wrong time or not but it was a roach crawling around the pick up window, and it look like it was trying to go back inside!

I have been both in and outside on numerous occasions. I have not seen any vermin, but thanks for the information.

I am not surprised. Despite the decor on the inside this location is routinely filthy.

It's a new store. There at a bad location. The area where is infested. As long as it was on the out side you should be fine
