Wont allow inside ordering "due to covid"... aka severly understaffed and super slow. Out of several items so after waiting 20 minutes or more in drive through, you still wont get what you came for. Just drive to waterbury or derby.

They almost always forget to put something from the order in the bag like literally almost every single time I went apart from one. However they're super nice. Staff is approachable and friendly.

I enjoy KFC from time to time. Two days ago I purchase from the Naugatuck KFC. I was exhausted and decided to use to the drive through. I ordered 2 breats, and two thighs, large coleslaw, large beans, and 3 muffins. I know food service I owned a food service business. The young man taking my order I'm surmiseing he was new? He asked me 4 times what sides I wanted. 4.times? He couldn't get that I wanted the 2 brests, and the 2 thighs. When I arrived at home the breasts were beyond dry. I serously believe they forgot to remove the chicken. Now I will be returning the children tomorrow. I've never had this problem before. Now I'm leary about going back. There are of course others, I live in the country, several places are not around the corner. I do love KFC so I'm hoping that was only one time event? Thanks, Maggie K Johnson-Valentine

This is my first Negative review. not a negative person but unfortunately people should know. KFC Naugatuck CT is worst restaurant in town. Closes early periodically. Staff rude and undertrained. No options for pickup orders. Understaffed. Sad situation. Can't wait till Popeyes opens in town.
