I rented a car for 1 day. Returned it the same day. I found a charge for $233 on my credit card the next month. They charge me for a week! Now they won't give me the credit or even take my calls! Do Not, under any circumstances, EVER rent from this company!!!

I was Renting from another Company due to my Personal Vehicle being in the shop for a back ordered part. I Wasn't happy with the Vehicle I was driving for the weather conditions ( I'm used to my AWD) I contacted Jennifer at the manchester CT location and she found me a Jeep to drive!! Jennifer went above and beyond to help me get a vehicle I felt safer to drive...Will recommend Hertz to Everyone.

Jennifer the customer service representative was the best ever I have dealt with. I have dealt with Enterprise, Avis, Budget, and other car rental places. I highly recommend Hertz just because how Jennifer treated me with respect and dignity! She needs to be recognized and promoted or at least give her a raise I never had better service from any car rental place in my life and I have been all around America being an Army Veteran and being about of the United States Border Patrol. I rented cars in my states including MA, CA, TX, AZ, MO, and SC. By far Jennifer was the most pleasant person that I have ever dealt with. Please treat her right cause I will be a returning customer and I will be back and asking for just her cause she is the best definitely. She gives Hertz a great name and I highly recommend anyone renting a car go to Hertz and ask for just her!
