Excellent source for woodworking equipment ( manual and powered), accessories, and supplies. High end products that are fairly priced, along with top shelf associates who are both courteous and knowledgeable. An absolute must for crafters in woodworking....if you need it they'll have it!

Two stars are for the variety of supplies offered. I would give zero stars for the customer experience. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, and I am willing to give this place another chance however my first visit wasn’t very pleasant. The staff wasn’t helpful at all. In fact they seemed to go out of their way to ignore me, even when I had questions. I am not a confrontational person so I left after over 30 minutes of no customer service. They are the only wood craft store in the area, and I don’t know if that is why they feel they can do whatever and people just have to deal with it. I will give them another try. Hopefully, the second time will be better than the first. If not, I will just buy my supplies online.

Friendly employees who are knowledgeable about their products and services and if a product is out of stock you can order it right at the register and they will call when it comes in to the store
