I'd give 0 stars if I could. Should have listened to the negative reviews. Made an appointment to come here to get a blouse made and spoke to someone who took all the details and my information. Since I don't know any indian tailors in RI, I drove 1.5 hrs to get there. After arriving they tell me that they don't do that work and the person who does the work quit. They only do alterations. I asked why they did not call me. They said they don't know who they speak to on the phone and "things change maam".

My mom went to this establishment to get her saree with a blouse done and everything. Shelly told her she's supposed to make the blouse today but she didn't even make the blouse. When my mom asked about the situation and she didn't make the blouse on time, she said she was searching for her saree and she didn't know where it was. On top of that, she completely ruined the sarees fals. They also overcharged whatever you make so fyi, don't come to this place ever again if you want to get your dress ruined. They're very unprofessional, they will scam you, they're not going to make it any better they're just going to hurt your feelings, and they're racist.

Worst experience with this place. My daughters dropped off few dresses for a wedding for alterations. We went to pick up the dress the day before the wedding and found out that this woman in the store Shelly didn’t do anything and did not inform us what was going on. If she informed us in time at least you would had a chance to go to somebody else. Please avoid this place at any cost. She does not deserve any star

Shelly has great customer service. I had my wedding dress altered here and any time I found little things to be changed, she did not hesitate to fix. I came back probably 4 or 5 times and she did not charge me extra. She is great to work with.
