Ribbon mill has been a fantastic place to live for the past several years. The building and apartments have so much character, but it’s the people who manage the building who really set this place a part. Patti and Jared go above and beyond for their residents. I’ve been consistently impressed by their compassion and care, and would absolutely recommend living here.

I'll be moving back in to Ribbon Mill for the third time with my girlfriend after having lived there once with my brother and once with my best friends. Patti and Jared run a super tight ship here. The apartments are always clean and ready to go on move in, the building is kept in immaculate shape and if a problem does arise it's quickly remedied by the staff. I truly can't say enough good things about this place. This was the first apartment I lived in after leaving my parents house and when my girlfriend and I were looking for a place together Ribbon Mill immediately came to mind. Highly recommended. Wonderful apartments run by wonderful people.

This is one of the best apartments in the area. I consider myself lucky to be a tenent in this apartment. I was looking for an apartment close to my new office and happen to walk into the right place. The building is smaller than other Mills, therefore, the environment is much better. Particularly, manager Patti is so nice and treat her tenants as family members. She is very professional, attaining and accommodating. Super Jared is also very nice and made the moving in condition much better than I expected. By the way, heating and hot water are included in the rent, this is a big deal during Connecticut wintertime! Highly recommended, and this is a best place with best value!

I had an excellent time in Ribbon Mill. The apartments are beautiful; lovely grounds, ample parking, and huge windows. Patti (the property manager) is a gem, and Jared (the maintenance guy) is a mensch. Correspondence is very fast. Maintenance requests were always fulfilled quickly, and snow removal started almost as soon as the snowfall did. Although they're relatively expensive, you get your money's worth, unlike (from what I understand) the rest of the loft apartments in the area. Highly recommended!
