I dropped my Pc off this morning. Brendan was very nice and took the time to look at the PC with me to diagnose the issue and get the process rolling on getting the replacement part. UPDATE: Waiting on the part still, communication has been slow but I am hopeful the issue will be resolved without any problems still.

I was so happy with the quick service that Branden provided! I called in the morning, dropped off my pc a little after noon and was told that he would get back to me today and hopefully have it ready by tomorrow. He called me by 5:15 the same day with great news that it was fixed. I got my pc back the same day!!! He didn't talk over my head with computer speak and took the time to explain his findings and made sure I was happy with the result, allowing me to look at my apps and helping me reset things the way I like. I found him to be very helpful and personable and highly recommend his service.

Simply a genius ! I was speechless when I got my computer fixed within 2 hours when places like Best Buy told me it would take 2 weeks and 4x the cost to repair for a spill damage. Honest, and very helpful guy. Brendan explained everything very thoroughly to me that was going on with my computer so that I could make decisions that were best suited for me without breaking the bank. I was also out of the country for a portion of the time while he was running diagnostics on my computer and he was super patient about my means of communication while I tried to sort everything out from abroad. Def recommend.
