This guys are great! Love them so much! They're very helpful! I would highly recommend Dimond Airport Parking. They're very helpful with starting up your car if the battery died and fill up your tires if there was a tire leak. Forever greatful!

Absolute joke of a service. People inside are extremely unhelpful (downright rude), and prices are always changing. Not sure how I can pay $112 for two weeks, then come home after 12 days paying $126. They stopped slope discounts, are understaffed for drivers leaving you waiting getting to and from the airport and drivers no longer help with luggage. Last straw was being on standby for a flight and coming back to pick up the vehicle within 30 minutes and still being charged $1.50. Wasnt even about the money, it's principal about how they treat their loyal customers who've been with them for years. Alaska park can have the business now.

Been parking here for years. Van was slow, driver was friendly but never got out of the seat to help with bags. Went to leave and the assistance line was blocked off so you could only go to the automated check out. Was going to use the military discount but was unable. Stopped after checking out(because it was the only way out) went inside to find 3 people sitting inside. One at the assistance window that had the lane blocked. I asked the supposed manager if they still give a military discount. He said yes, you have to come to the window, when I replied you have the lane blocked he said your out of your car now. Never got out of his chair. Just walked out shaking my head. So if you have a discount coupon or military discount or corporate discount you may as well go somewhere else. I intend to.

I park here because of the corporate discount only. Service is terribly slow, they never seem to have enough shuttles running. I’ve had to wait 10-15 minutes both ends at times. The one redeeming quality is that the drivers are usually nice. Edit: after sending in feedback on their website, the GM immediately called me to listen to my concerns, and discussed how they are addressing them. I was very impressed with the response! Hoping that we’ll see improvements in their service from customer feedback :)
