Poor service vehicle still dirty with water spots all over one day someone walked right up to me at the kiosk and grabbed my card right out of my hand to put it in the machine i didn't even know who this person was, and i hadn't asked for help. I got the most expensive wash and they only shinned 2 tires... ill no longer be giving this place my business.

I have been using the touchless wash at this location for years. Once they “updated” the equipment, the washes stopped actually cleaning my vehicles. It doesn’t matter if it is minor dirt after a rainstorm or salt after a minor dusting of snow- both of my vehicles have had to be rewashed after going through here. I am not referring to caked on mud and filth either. My vehicles are consistently washed once a week and waxed so there isn’t a buildup of grime. I regret spending the $15 every single time to just have dirty water sprayed at my cars. It is very disappointing considering what a great job this facility used to do. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the staff has always been friendly and helpful.
