I have always loved the food here but very disappointing today when placing an online order and when placing order it said 17 min. After order was placed it increased to over an hour. I understand businesses get busy but please accurately reflect that in your online ordered so people can decide better on placing the order. We could have walked in and recirved faster service.

Decided to give the "famous" Nardelli's a try. Ordered the whole pastrami grinder and a side of potato salad. $17.51. I had never been there before so I didn't know what to expect. Staff was friendly but not overly helpful. They seemed ok with letting me"guess" my way through my options. The grinder was ok. Not something that I'm going to sneak out of the house for. Infact probably won't get it again. Potato salad was not bad. If you do stop in there check out the items in the case. I never realized that they can be made in to sandwiches. A much better buy. I'm picky but give it a try and make your own decision. It's not bad, not great, just there. But for a real pastrami treat try Lena's in Manchester. That's a pastrami sandwich.

last Saturday my son and I went to this location (East Hartford) before the Uconn football game. The hours were listed wrong on the web site but the manager took us in any ways and made some great sandwiches. We got the tailgate on time. Great Service!!!!!!

I never new this place was even here. This is exactly want Glastonbury, CT smells like. A streamline of the perfect mix of home style, modern favorites and amazing desserts. Excellent, friendly employees all the way around.
