Apparently they allow drivers to be lazy and just mark wrong address when they don’t want to deliver a package. I go to track my package says it was out for delivery at 6:51 am so I wait all day for my package. Now I get another notification around 5pm saying I have to update my address because the driver stated it was the wrong address and the site will not let me update my address. I call customer support, she tells me if I want to pick it up I have to pay an extra $7 because a lazy driver didn’t want to deliver the package. I’ve never had an issue with my address until this. It should not be that easy for these employees to just dismiss a package because they simply do not want to deliver it. The lady i spoke to the second time was very nice and helpful, but this altogether should be avoided. Do better. Update to the company responding: How are you guys not ups when this is the ups that called me??? I didn’t call you guys. Customer service sent my complaint to you guys and you called from this building, so I’m confused on how you don’t handle it?

They overcharge by a huge amount. $24 for a 10" by 3" package domestic. Go anywhere else first.

This review is specifically for the worker N'adom Akomeah. He was a pleasure to work with and was balancing between helping multiple people by himself all at the same time. He didn't get flustered and he did his work quickly and professionally. I can't speak on the experiences of others with this store, but I appreciate the help he gave me. I see a bright future for him.
