Waited with a mobile order and they somehow lost it. Longest line I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant and the guy at the front straight up left to go do something in the back even tho there was a long line.

Ever Since the Establishment has for gone new Management, The service and speed have both been on a drastic decline in Quality. Very Rude Customer Service from Teenagers and they seem to only care about Drive Thru customers. I have personally witnessed Customers walk out because they will not take orders. Unacceptable. Do better..

This is after many visits. Nearest fast food. Many years. Food okay. People nice enough. However, the actual service is horrible. Average time of service is usually more than half an hour. Drive thru yesterday - a full hour. For a burger and fries. Folks in line were driving away in frustration. The main reason most of locals choose to head over to McDees or chick filet or other spots further away. The length of time to get a simple takeout burger. Management has difficulties. Yet we all enjoy the food served. But we can do better at a full restaurant - in terms of. Time spent waiting.

Very slow service. Today just before 4:30. 25 minutes in the drive thru with 6 cars in front of us. 4 minutes at the speaker before they took my order. Another several minutes before we got our food. Thought they must be severely understaffed but saw 4 employees from the drive up window. They seemed to all be moving in slow motion. Like if they were going any slower they would have been going backwards. Only words said at the window were my total as they took my card and "here you go" to hand it back. No "thank you" or "have a nice day". And I had to ask for a receipt. Only reason for 2 stars is because the food was decent.
