I like going here for the view and sit and relax. One of my favorite places in Hartford. The water fountain as been broken for weeks and I am hella dyhydrated. In the state of Arizona it is illegal to not offer a person a glass of water.

Great place to spend the afternoon or just a few minutes. I always love looking around here and it's also fun to take a walk across the founders Bridge into Great River Park across the river.
