Not my best selection this time. Location is perfect, service in FD so,so... But the room was bad, really bad... Starting with really filthy staircase, to room with used soap bar, the worse was in the bathroom with feminine higiene used pad in the trashcan... So nope, not returning there ever...sorry. You guys need to take QC very serious... Great pictures on the app by the way, but do not match the room ...

I stayed here. It was like horror movie. Blood on the bathroom walls room smelled like cigarette smoke. When clearly it was a none smoking room. Floors nasty. Don't waste your money here. It's not worth it. And people hanging out all times of the night around the hotel. I didn't feel safe.

Room smelled like an ash tray. There was cigarette burns all over the blankets and pillows. They advertise free shuttle from the airport which is not true they do not offer that service. There free continental breakfast had corn flakes and Cheerios no milk no fruit no pastries. Had a thing of instant coffee sitting there but no cups and no where to even get hot water even if you had your own cup unless you wanted to use hot water from the bathroom. When I called to speak with a manager about all this I was told none are available. Everything listed on their website is a scam all the reviews on their website are fake and looking at some of the reviews on google I’ve notice a few that were 5 stars were from employees I definitely seen working while there. Save your money dont book here.

Positive: Room size is definitely bigger than I expected! Big couch that could be a bed. Fridge and microwave that is really helpful when guests get stuck from fly cancellation s. House keeping was really friendly, helpful and quiet! I will definitely return. Negative: Only thing I did not like it¿s the fact that I had to walk outside across to get to the building where my room was, I arrived from Cancun during a frizz storm on a tropical dress and airline lost my lougage so I got sick from the cold.
