Beware Return Policy. My autistic kid exhibited some poor judgement spending $400 on Magic cards. Upon discovering this we immediately went to the store to attempt to reverse the transaction. Yes, I'm sure the store is technically correct on the law that they don't have a return policy, (despite nothing obvioualy advertised), but the owner's "Well I didn't make him buy the cards" attitude showed a distinct lack of empathy or understanding of long term customer service. Well done, enjoy your profits, the kid is now banned from your store. Please do a better job of posting no return policy.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had. Called a few days ahead of time to see if they would be buying some pops . Stated that if it was anything over 20 pops that they would need an appointment set , anything else they would look at in store and make an offer. So I only brought 14 pops so that there would not have to be an appointment. Well after driving 45 minutes , I walk in just to get turned away saying they are not buying any pops and continue having a conversation with his fellow co-worker, not even attempting to make a resolution for myself the customer. Felt like we were not welcomed at all and we were a burden. This store has to do better.

The best Funko selection I have been to yet. I had 40+ set aside in the first hour I was there. Employees were great and the prices were more than fair. There is a Funko Pop Doll swap coming up on the 14th. I'll be there.
