I went there to find an exterior paint color for my townhouse that my builder purchased from them. The builder gave me a list of colors that he said the store could look-up to find the exact color for my townhouse. The first guy I spoke to seemed helpful, but when he could not find my color he asked another associate, who I assume is the supervisor, for help. The supervisor found the builder's account and said he located 7 colors the builder purchased, but could not give me a visual. I would have to purchase 7 samples for $7 each to find my color. I explained I did not want to pay $49 to find the correct color. I asked if he could print out the code colors and I would go back to the builder to try and find my exact color. He replied sure, then walked away to help another customer. I waited for him to return with the print out but he continued to help customer after customer ignoring me. After waiting a while and being ignored I walked out without anyone saying anything. With so much competition around I was a little disappointed in how I was treated. What makes each business different from the next is the shopping experience they give their customers.
