From how they work with you in finding the right boat to after the sale when you always have questions. My sales person was Tom Heinz. Do yourself a favor and ask for him. He’s not just selling boats, he genuinely wants a satisfied client. This is my first boat and Tom also took several hours out of his day after I bought the boat to show me how it works. That’s dedication to customer service. I can’t say enough about Tom and Quality. They will always be my go to.

As far as we are concerned what sets Quality Boats apart from other boat dealers is their AWESOME Cruisers Club. We had professional treatment from Eric throughout the purchasing process of our new Grady in November 2021. Our satisfaction was enhanced upon joining the Cruisers for three exciting trips beyond our local waters.
