ACS has been a lifesaver for us on a number of occasions. We have a few different units that they help us out with. These days it’s hard to get service same day (or sometimes even same week). Priscilla, their service liaison, is super great and goes out of her way to make sure same day service if possible. We’ve had a number of technicians and they are all great. Today, Mitch helped us out and was awesome! I recommend them without reservation.

The gentleman who came out, Mitch was superb. He diagnosed the problem with my AC and fixed it immediately. He also cleaned my drain system and AC and installed a new moisture sensing system. He was polite and professional even though the call was after hours on a Friday night. I've been using Advanced AC for several years and highly recommend them.

Thankful for Dave coming next day to figure out what I did wrong when swapping out my thermostat… thought it would be easy and had done before easily in another home. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. Dave came and found an online fuse blown (no doubt by me) and replaced it and installed the thermostat super quickly. Only sad to hear the price…$270- OUCH! They “charge by the job, not by the hour”. Just super mad at myself for not being able to do this easy job- definitely turn off the power of you are doing this yourself- I figured it’s such low voltage I wouldn’t need to- so I paid the price! No value on learning THAT lesson! Thank you ACS for the rescue…

Mitch is the best technician that we have had come out for our AC system maintenance. It took time to explain some issues he saw with our home while in our attic doing the maintenance on the interior unit. We would not have been aware of the issues if he had not pointed them out to us. I will always ask for Mitch next time we need the system maintenance completed.
