Apparently they dont do evap coil maintenance or duct work at all during summer. I was told that my A/C was "doing it's best" but not keeping up because it's hot out as the reason for unit freezing and not cooling. Did my own research and found the actual issue. What a waste of time and money using them.

Their staff has remained constant over all these years, which certainly says a lot about a company and their management. They installed A/C in 2005 and did a great job. Use them to complete repairs and maintenance. I had been given a quote of $85 to switch out the thermostat when they replaced the fan motor. When they new technician showed up the price went up to $147.00. Because of this only giving 4 stars this time
