The products Bob's sells is much better quality than your typical box stores. Will definitely continue using Rob at Bob's Carpet. Clearwater Store.

I hate shopping for carpet or wood floors. I went in with my wife two weekends ago to check out what Bob’s had. First of all I was blown away with a customer service. We were attended two questions were answered and we actually got good information. When we found the floors that we like. I was surprised at the price was way more competitive than the big box stores like Lowe’s or Home Depot. Also when we asked how quickly they could get them installed I was shocked to learn they would have them within five days. As I write this my wife and I are dancing on our new floors in our house that we had installed and purchased for half the price we were quoted at other places. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. They’re great people with great prices and they actually do what they say they’re going to do with a smile. I get them a double thumbs up.

Absolutely best experience!! Rob Goetz was patient, and allowed us to take our time to find the next solution for our house. Since the first appointment (Rob was amazing) , I knew I would be buying my product from Bob's. Also, I dealt with various staff members in my numerous sample carpet/tile runs to the store. Every single salesperson was friendly, helpful and professional. I never felt any of the typical sales pressure..they allowed my wife and I to take our time to figure out the best product and color for our home. We installed the carpet 3 weeks ago, and it looks great. So happy!!! Even the installers were great. Polite..professional..courteous..and experienced. I will always recommend Bob's Carpet Mart. Side note..we are young professionals with 4 kids, and we needed an awesome product that could withstand 4 kids under 10 years old, 2 cats and a dog - and that wasn't overpriced. We found a great product that looks awesome, and the price was right on target. We did our homework and compared pricing and product with 3 other stores, and Bob's was an easy choice. GREAT STAFF..GREAT PRODUCT AND PRICE IS SPOT ON.
