That was disappointing at best. Which I’m sorry to say because I was kind a looking forward to trying this place. I like the beer that I got at the supermarket. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to try hazy IPA here because almost everything we order they were out of. No steak no hazy, no pasta etc… But wait, let’s back up a little. It’s a hot Tuesday 106° to be precise and we show up looking for some seating about 7p. It was our first time here and we were looking forward to a nice experience. Walking in the door first thing we noticed was there’s no air conditioning. Then there was a 15 minute wait but not because there wasn’t seating because there was definitely available tables. We asked to be seated outside but they told us that we would be seated inside. After being seated when the waitress finally did come, they were literally out of most everything we order. Then after waiting what felt like forever we told the waitress we had been there what seemed like an hour she went behind the counter and discussed it loudly with another waitress so that we could overhear her saying that we were being rude and that it had only been a half an hour. She came back to the table and let us know “it’s only been a half an hour” maybe she forgot us having to wait to be seated in the hot awkward door way. When the food did come out less than five minutes later, coincidentally I’m sure, it was extremely dry tough and nearly impossible to eat. Even the french fries said to me that they had been sitting under a heat lamp for sometime as they were chewy and dry. It was literally nothing like the pictures that had been posted by the owner on Google. Completely dried through like a hockey puck and completely cooked to the point of flavorless. Needless to say, I’m disappointed that I didn’t have a good experience here because I was looking forward to it. Small town so you hope that you’re going to have a new favorite place but this one just missed every mark possible.

Food was terrible, beer was decent, the location, ambiance and service was exceptional. I ordered the wings and caesar salad and both were flavorless...yes, flavorless buffalo wings. Other folks at our table commented that the fries tasted stale and dry, but the pizza was decent. The menu is standard bar fare without any creative dishes, so you'd think they would at least do those well. It's too bad because it's a beautiful building, interior design and outdoor seating area.

Very cool place. Came here for graduation lunch so it was completely packed huge parties. Staff were still as prompt as they could be. Which we appreciated. Beer was very good. Burger came and was a little to pink for my taste. Not sure if they specified it comes like that or not on the menu but it was still good none the less. Cheese fries were great. And the imperial mamba was one of my new favorites. It was very good. Would love to come back and try it again when it's not graduation day of course.

I love bringing my wife and two little ones here! Great beer and great food! Staff is also really friendly. We were sad that the hours Google listed said "closed" on Valentine's Day, so we drove by in hopes of searching for another option, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that they were in fact, open! They offered a coursed meal, and we had the steak option which was fantastic! My wife and I both have worked in the service industry and high-end restaurants in Portland & California. This is definitely our go-to. We can't recommend enough!

Questions & Answers

What are the Covid safety practices like here?

Masks required for all patrons and servers. 25% capacity indoors, they have dividers and wipe everything down. There is always a breeze indoors as people come in the front door and outdoor seating is out the back door. Very tall ceilings and feels like a ton of space.
