First time trying out this local nail salon in hopes to make it my new go-to, as it’s conveniently located right in town. Upon my arrival to my scheduled time, this place was clean, quiet and one customer. After getting comfortable in my pedicure chair, the water was already filled and way too hot! No pedicure options were offered. I was not even in the chair for 30 minutes with no conversation or warm welcome after making it apparent that it was my first time there. When going to pay, there was no tip line available and asked how I can tip. Jessica advised me cash or Zelle… it would have been nice to know before I paid. Definitely left not feeling refreshed or pampered.

the employees are very nice, the guy did great on my toes but when it came to dip on my nails HE MESSED UP BAAAAAD. i still paid him but i’m never getting my nails done there again.

I was in this town on business. Came to this place and the customer service was absolutely amazing! They were pleasant and kind! My first time being there and I will definitely go again. The gentleman Chris did my nails to perfection! He caught every flaw like he had my nails under a microscope! I really like this place. I wish I could take them back to Memphis!

I LOVE LUXOR. Been going here for years. My dip manicure always lasts over a month. They know their customers so well and always go above and beyond. Steph and Chris are so talented and kind, I love being a Luxor customer! Here is my latest dip manicure. Love it.
