We had a room for 2 and we had 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth. The shampoo bottle in the shower was empty and there was soap residue around the sink. Dead bugs on the bathroom floor, very stained carpet and smelly room. The "breakfast" was dry cereal, milk, coffee and tea. No juice or even a slice of bread ...

It's just an average hotel I do have to admit it is very clean and nice on the inside just a bit outdated I did find a dead bug like a maggot or something, (NOT A BEDBUG). But that was the only thing I found. Other then that it's alright.

The staff was really rude and unhelpful. I called to cancel a reservation. The man who answered the phone told me I had to call back in the morning because he couldn't access my reservation until the day of the reservation. When I asked him why he couldn't look up my reservation in the computer, he yelled at me and hung up on me. I then called the national reservation line. In less than 3 minutes they found my reservation and canceled it. I'm glad I didn't stay here.

Customer service was good. Place was run down and could use some elbow grease. Bed was clean but the rest of the room was not. Hair in tub and at sink. Walls in bathroom were splattered with who knows what.
