We took our 2 yr old black lab to get some exercise in the pool on a rainy day. She had a blast and it was nice to be able to bathe her afterward. It was clean, and floating dog toys and towels were provided. Of course we bought a new toy and a bag of treats too! The staff was very nice. Definitely plan to go back.

Hi, I want to say I don’t miss the chance to stop in to the best pet store in the world when I’m in the Dover area. The selection is so impressive. I’ve never seen a larger selection of various items for every kind of pet… And, it’s obvious that the items are all selected carefully for functionality, helpfulness, quality, value, etc.. They did the research that you don’t have to! I’ve always found I should’ve done research after I’ve shopped at other pet stores especially the large chain ones that don’t offer nearly the selection (or expertise or helpfulness). The arrangement of everything in the store is perfect, it’s easy to see everything, and it’s arranged so that I’m inspired and even reminded about the other things I should be looking for. I never feel overwhelmed here! I leave feeling certain about my choices instead of confused and unsure. That’s saying a lot if you know me. How can the prices be so reasonable? I don’t know, but they’re the best prices anywhere around. Employees are helpful, easy going and encouraging about customers looking and thinking with no pressure but always a genuinely kind offer to help at any time. I’ve gone in and sat on the floor looking through my phone pictures to try and remember what aquarium plants I already had. Kiara came over, sat with me, and I felt like I was with my granddaughter having her listen to my aquarium ideas and what I already have set up at my home. I have had her help a handful of times, and she’s just the best. I’m plan to purchase a larger round aquarium there soon, and i will be choosing an acrylic one for a gift for a house with a little boy. I will definitely bring my family members in when they want anything pet related. I’m also happy that they have bird feeders, bird houses, things like that for outside. I also really respect the values, and I respect the genuine love of other creatures and the sharing of experiences that the employees have & share. I actually live an hour and 15 minutes away, but I look forward to going to this area to stop in at store. I’ve got my list for next week. Thanks for being there!

Our dog loves this place! The pool is a great way for our pup to get his energy out on a rainy day. You book a 15-min time slot and we've been able to book the day of. Afterward, you can give your dog a bath in the shower room, which has all the amenities you could need. Highly recommend.
