There is nothing physically wrong with this place. Still, I live across the street and cannot find a reason to take the train, as opposed to the bus. The bus is cheaper, clean, comfortable, and runs hourly, 24 hours a day. There are 4 or 5 bus departures for every train departure. The bus runs directly to Logan and South Station. While someone occasionally might find North Station handy, for most trips, Logan and South Station are more useful destinations.

This is a tricky question. Amtrak only goes to north station. Then I think you take the red line and the orange line to south station. Therefore, its 42 to 62 as per above for Amtrak ( check to see if there are specials, which need to be booked in advance). Then you would need a Charlie card or per round trip ticket for the subway. I think that's about 7 dollars total. Edit: if I were going to south station from Dover I'd take the c and j bus. I believe that is about 40 bucks round trip and it goes right to south station.

You drive in and park but you're supposed to buy a metered ticket (for the amount of time your vehicle will be parked there). No metered parking to exit.
@ Stephen Piper I am talking about train 1982 being close to train 682 so that one could board train 682 from 1982 in one minute.
