They charged me for an oil change and never did it. The old filter was still in the car and the oil was still VERY dark. The only thing they did was change the air filter. When I returned the manager did give me a full refund and a free oil change for next time but I will never use that free oil change because I would never trust them again not even to check my tire pressure.

Tech. installed drain plug wrong, oil leaked all over drive way, took back to them to look at, was told no leaks. Took to dealer and found drain plug was cross threaded. Had repaired, went to jiffy lube for them to pay for their error. Never bothered calling me back to payment...BE AWARE....

Jiffy Lube on Boston Rd. In Springfield damaged my Toyota engine on 3/26/22 by putting in the wrong oil filter. The car started smoking and stalling approx. a mile and a half up the road. All engine/oil light illuminated before leaving Jiffy Lube and I was told by the person in charge it had nothing to do with the oil change. Oil was sprayed all over my car engine, hood and components. Jiffy Lube then sent their mechanic to my home where he tried fixing the car, admitted on my security surveillance they used the wrong filter, attempted to refill the engine with oil, called Jiffy Lube to bring the correct oil filter and ultimately it had to be towed back to Jiffy Lube. This company has tampered with evidence, however photos, videos and voice recording was captured. This company is franchised and owned by Atlantic Coast Enterprise LLC. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO JIFFY LUBE!! YOU PUT YOUR RELIABLE FORM OF TRANSPORTATION AT GREAT RISK FOR MECHANICAL FAILURE AND THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. IT IS OVER 3 WEEKS LATER AND I STILL HAVE NO CAR.
