Make sure you get a physical receipt. They will charge you extra and say it was returned later than the drop off time unless you get a physical receipt at the time of drop off. Customer support states nothing can be done to mitigate shady business practices.

Worst rental place ever!!! Got there no one at the front desk waited about 10-15 min before anyone came out then all 4 staff members come out and poor customer service! Never again

The manager here doesn’t answer the phone. They charged me 85.00 to use the turnpike 3 times. I tried calling him but he refuses to answer the phone. So I will drive there. Unless you want to use the internet don’t bother with this place. He is a very rude man

We made a reservation for a rental car and they never told me they didn't accept ATM/debit cards with a Visa logo she said she did but never did. Than the car we rented was dirty it had bird poop all over the windows she did give us a coupon for a free wash but it wasn't our responsibility to clean it. They also never told us there was a toll free. I tried calling and was transferred to different people and than was hung up on. Had they told us that would be different and the amount taken out was a little ridiculous it's only one toll from Hertz to where we went.

With triple A, it will be the cheapest you can get. I tried other rentals and they were about half the cost
