I started looking for couches at the beginning of the year and stumbled upon this store. The process so was very easy and the quality and delivery process was wonderful. About a month ago I purchased a dining set and was so impressed with the customer service. Although the warehouse the pieces came from kept delaying, Rick was phenomenal with expediting what he could and really working hard to help us with what was in his control. We just ordered a living room coffee table, entertainment center and end table today for a great deal all being delivered tomorrow. The products are wonderful and could have been purchased anywhere honestly, but Rick is the reason we keep going back to My Hometown Furnishings. He’s compassionate, patient, and focused on creating solutions to any problems that might come up. We are so grateful that he has made the customer experience so wonderful. We will continue to purchase our home needs through him. Highly recommend this location.
