fast friendly great super awesome. This is the third time I rewrote this so I’ll recap I first gave a great review then when I opened the packaging the remote to my sons remote controller toddler vehicle was slightly missing a button but it still worked and the button was inside the controller I think if i unscrew it and open it it would be a flush 100% east fix they safety wrapped all the items and loaded into the car so to be straight up they were well about and beyond customer service I mean the left the store to load it into my car for me and they are fun to talk to my uncle enjoyed them as well thank you and very much will be buying again

Love the furnishings yet can't say their service is at best as many of the female staff get impatient with questions and speak in Spanish to insult you to other workers , not knowing many ppl understand that language. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you truly have to . But the one in west Springfield is a bit more hospitable but the heat in there is overwhelming.

Vanessa H. was amazing from start to finish. She followed up online with me even in the evening hours. She made sure to work the order out for me so that I could get the item I wanted. She went above and beyond to call me back and walk me through the process. I really believe that your employees are the heart of any company and when they give customers exemplary customer service it should be commended, especially when that isnt the case these days. I had walked into a "huge name" furniture store and didnt get even a quarter of the service I received from Dream Decor. Any time I called even the person answering was great! Thanks again Vanessa, I will def shop with this store they won me over with Great Customer Service!!
