All the fried chicken places don't marinade right and fry twice that causes flavor loss, and for some, the loss of flavor isn't that bad but this Harolds location isn't very tasty at all. Probably old and sitting out. No preservatives detected.

Probably the absolute best harold's in the city. -the wings there are HUGE which is amazing. (others in the city give these tiny lil meatless wings trust me I've reviewed em) -the sauce is immaculate -the fries are big crinkle cut - the food is actually salted No eat in but carry it out and smash it's worth it.

Food was delicious!!!!!! Ordering through Door Dash was much faster. However the receptionist is not customer service friendly. But nice.
